WIPS is the central resource for the academic output at the Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences. WIPS aims to create global visibility for the wide range of research and scholarly work produced at the university and thereby contributes to raising the institutional profile. WIPS serves as a university bibliography and institutional repository. Authors can report their publications with title, name and other metadata including subject headings. If the publisher’s copyright agreement permits it authors can also upload a copy of the full text to the repository. WIPS offers authors to store and preserve electronic documents permanently, providing global open access to their work through appropriate library catalogs and search engines.
